Anti-KLH, anti-SRBC and anti-tetanus toxoid IgM and IgG are used as biomarkers of immunotoxicity. We manufacture ELISA's for these biomarkers in mice, rats, chickens and monkeys.
ELISA's for IgA, IgG, IgM and certain IgG subclasses in mice, rats, dogs and monkeys are also available.
All kits are manufactured by Life Diagnostics, Inc.
Orders may be placed online, by telephone, Fax or email.
Please Note: Whereas kit 4000-4 measures anti-KLH IgM in units/ml, kit 4000-4-N measures actual anti-KLH IgM levels (ng/ml). This was facilitated by affinity purification and characterization of monkey anti-KLH IgM at Life Diagnostics. Use of a new blocking procedure and detection antibody gives an improved signal to noise ratio.
Please Note: Whereas kit 4010-4 measures anti-KLH IgG in units/ml, kit 4010-4-1 measures actual anti-KLH IgG1 levels (ng/ml). This was facilitated by recent purification and characterization of monkey anti-KLH IgG at Life Diagnostics. Use of a new blocking procedure and a detection antibody specific for monkey IgG1 (the major IgG subclass in monkeys) gives an improved signal to noise ratio.
Our rat and monkey anti-KLH IgG ELISA kits have recently been evaluated and gained unqualified approval in a respected independent laboratory (Validation of an ELISA assay for quantification of anti-KLH IgG in rat and monkey sera.
