Anti-KLH, anti sheep red blood cell (SRBC) and anti tetanus toxoid IgM and IgG are used as biomarkers to evaluate the potential immunosupressive (or immunoregulatory) effects of therapeutic agents. We manufacture ELISA kits for quantitative measurement of anti KLH IgG and IgM in mice, rats and monkeys, anti-SRBC IgM and IgG ELISA kits for mice rats and chickens as well as rat and monkey anti-tetanus toxoid IgM and IgG ELISA's. Our rat and monkey anti-KLH IgG ELISA kits have recently been evaluated and gained unqualified approval at a respected independent laboratory (Validation of an ELISA assay for quantification of anti-KLH IgG in rat and monkey sera. CIT, Evreux, France. Armelle N. Guyen, Sandrine Arthaud, Phillipe Ancian and Roy Forster. Toxicology Letters, Volume 180, Supplement 1, 5 October 2008, Page S211).

In addition to our immunotoxicity biomarker ELISA kits, we are pleased to offer an ELISA kit for the detection of polyethylene glycol (PEG) modified proteins. PEGylation of therapeutic proteins significantlyextends their half-life in the circulation system. Our kit is offered as a research tool to assist in evaluation of the pharmacodynamics and toxicity of PEGylated therapeutic protein candidates.
