Guinea Pig IgG and IgM ELISA Kits

Lactoferrins
Holo- and apo- lactoferrin from bovine and human sources are now available. Please refer to the acute phase proteins page for details and pricing information. Lactoferrin is an acute phase protein that has been associated with antimicrobial activity.

Troponin ITC Complex
Troponin complex from human cardiac muscle (1410) and rabbit skeletal muscle (4030) are now available. The human cardiac troponin complex is purified using a novel procedure involving high salt extraction and chromatography in urea containing buffer.

Guinea Pig Anti-KLH IgG ELISA Kit
We have just developed a guinea pig anti-KLH IgG ELISA (Cat. No. 4010-3). This expands our range of immunotoxicity ELISA kits. A guinea pig anti-KLH IgM kit is in development.

PEG ELISA Kit – High Sensitivity
Using one of our own anti-PEG monoclonal antibodies we have developed a competitive ELISA kit with significantly increased sensitivity. Kit P-0003 recognizes free 20 kDa and 5 kDa PEG with EC50 values of  0.7 and 4.7 ng/ml respectively. PEGylated BSA with a single PEG chain of 20 kDa and 5 kDa is characterized by respective EC50 values of 3.6 and 111 ng/ml. The assay is simple (2 incubation steps) and quick (80 min incubation time).  Pricing information may be found on the PEG Reagents page.

PEGylated BSA
PEGylated BSA preparations with a single covalently attached 20 kDa mPEG (PBSA-01) or 5 kDa mPEG (PBSA-02) chain are now available. Both products can be used as standards or comparator reagents in immunoassays or western blots. Pricing information may be found on the PEG Reagents page.

PEG Antibodies
We are pleased to offer four mouse monoclonal anti-PEG antibodies (1D9-6, 3F12-1, 10B4-2, and 10E3-1-4) and a rabbit polyclonal (PEGPAB-01) anti-PEG. The antibodies can be used in immunoassay and western blot applications. In indirect ELISAs, all recognize PEG molecules of 550 Da (~10 oxyethylene monomer units) or greater and recognize the polyoxyethylene
