Orders may be placed online or by telephone, Fax and email. Pricing and online ordering information can be accessed on the specific product pages. When placing orders by telephone, Fax or email, please list the items to be ordered, their respective catalog numbers and include your purchase order number, credit card information (if appropriate), name, telephone and Fax numbers together with your shipping and billing addresses. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, please include the email address of your PayPal account. Orders can be shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Shipping charges will be billed to the customer, however if you provide a valid FedEx, DHL or UPS account number, shipping charges will be billed direct to you account. • Terms: Net 30 from date of invoice
• FedEx or DHL will be used as couriers
• Shipping charges will be billed to customer
• For overseas orders duties and taxes will be pre-determined, paid by LDI, and billed to the customer unless documentation of tax-exempt status is provided at the time of order placement
