Orders may be placed online or by telephone, Fax and email. Pricing and online ordering information can be accessed on the specific product pages. When placing orders by telephone, Fax or email, please list the items to be ordered, their respective catalog numbers and include your purchase order number, credit card information (if appropriate), name, telephone and Fax numbers together with your shipping and billing addresses. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, please include the email address of your PayPal account. Orders will be shipped via FedEx unless requested otherwise. Terms and conditions are listed below.

Terms & Conditions

• Terms: Net 30 from date of invoice
• FedEx will be used as courier unless otherwise requested
• If shipped within the US on our FedEx account, shipping charges will added to the invoice.
• If shipped internationally on our FedEx account, shipping charges will added to the invoice and goods will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Payment of applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer
• If shipped internationally on the buyers FedEx, DHL or UPS account, goods will be shipped Ex-Works/DDU. Payment of shipping costs and applicable duties / taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer
• Buyer assumes all risks and liability arising from unloading, discharge, storage, handling and use of products
