PEG Reagents
We manufacture four mouse monoclonal anti-PEG antibodies that recognize the PEG polymer backbone with differing affinities and a PEG ELISA kit can that can be used for detection of PEG chains > 5kDa. We also offer mono-PEGylated BSA of 5 kDa and 20 kDa for use as controls or standards and have additional projects underway aimed at generating monoclonal antibodies against the terminal methoxy group of PEG.
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email, or via our online shop.

Table 1. Characterization of different BSA-conjugated and free PEG’s in the high sensitivity PEG ELISA (P-0003). PEGss were characterized by EC50 after fitting competition data to sigmoidal dose-response models. Subscripts indicate the approximate number of PEG chains attached per molecule of BSA. mPEG indicates that the PEG chain had a terminal methoxy group. Please note that the concentrations of PEGylated BSA refer only to the polypeptide content and do not account for mass contributed by PEG.
